TO RUMINATE ABOUT MY LIFE;

sunday stills; fins, feathers & fur

with 22 comments

I wasn’t actually going to join in on this week’s Sunday Stills challenge because I couldn’t come up with anything new.
After spending two hours lounging around on my bed playing on my laptop I got bored & went through my hard drive; I discovered I have a picture for each category :)
So here are my submissions:

Fang my fish’s fins:

Aperture:f/4.8 / Exposure time:1/30 sec / ISO speed:200 / Focal length:116mm / Lens: Nikkor 105mm Micro AF-S VR IF-ED

Bumblebee fur:

Aperture:f/5 / Exposure time:1/100 sec / ISO speed:200 / Focal length:105mm / Lens: Nikkor 105mm Micro AF-S VR IF-ED

Feathers from my dream catcher:

Aperture:f/5.6 / Exposure time:1/60 sec / ISO speed:200 / Focal length:38mm / Lens:Nikkor 18-55mm AF-S DX VR

I would like to share some thoughts.

I think every Sunday I get to this point & think, is the weekend over already(?). I’m looking forward to going back to work tomorrow, I love that place but not as much as I love spending time with my partner.

I had a really good week last week at work. I had a meeting with my GM (general manager) to go through some more work that I’m taking on & also my requirements to pick up his work when he goes away for two months, he also gave me my first lot of feedback from clients & the CEO, it was all great reviews which made me extremely happy.

Hopefully soon things will settle back down & I’ll be able to get out with my camera some more.

  14. Great pics. That blue fish is spectacular.
Great thing everything is working out so well with your job. There is nothing that gives you more satisfaction and selfesteem. And just think it is better being too busy than being bored. No doubt there will be a time soon that you can find some time for relaxation from whatever nature ;-)

  15. Hey, Chloe, these are beautiful shots and macros too!

I am happy to hear about your good reviews! Keep up the good work! Me, too, I dread when my Sunday comes to an end.

Yet life goes on, we have to make a living so we can have extra funds to buy gadgets for our camera!
